Annette Nyland – Personal Injury Lawyer
Searching for a Personal Injury lawyer can be overwhelming at best and it can be difficult to know who will represent you properly. Often times it comes down to finding someone who is truly dedicated to helping others, as well as someone who is approachable and easy to work with. You want a lawyer that is not only available, but willing to go the extra mile.
Annette D. Nyland was born and raised in Flamborough, Ontario. She spent her childhood on her parents vegetable farm in Millgrove before moving to Waterdown. She loves the Flamborough community and is excited to be able to practice law in the community where she lives.
Helping People in Need
Annette D. Nyland is dedicated to representing people with serious injuries. Throughout her career she has worked with adults, children and families who have suffered serious injuries as a result of car accidents, slips and falls, as well as orthopaedic, brain and spinal injuries. She has successfully helped people to appeal their CPP benefits.
Annette is passionate about those who have been injured and having a positive impact in the lives of her clients is a priority. She has helped many people (and their families) obtain compensation for pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, past and future income loss and past and future health care needs. It means a great deal to Annette when she can help her clients regain a sense of purpose and positive outlook through a successful case.
Annette received her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and has lectured to lawyers and health care providers across Ontario. She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Hamilton Medical-Legal Society, The Advocates’ Society, Flamborough Chamber of Commerce, Burlington Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
